Georgi Pavlov began his career in the heavy manufacturing industry. In 2006 he joined the AG Capital team as Board Member and CEO.

In 2011 he became CEO of Address Real Estate, managing and contributing to Address’s growth and threefold increase in market share. A renowned expert in PropTech, Georgi Pavlov is the founder of 3P1 and also founder and main contributor to the Proptech community in Bulgaria. Over the years he has also worked in areas such as industry, management consulting, financial analysis and planning.

Georgi Pavlov, ACCA holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from Sofia University and Business Administration from City University of Seattle and is an associate member of the Chartered Management Institute in the UK.

Dimitar Savov, MRICS, joined Address in 1999. His career path features various executive positions within AG Capital – Finance Manager of Address Real Estate, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Address Invest and has since 2006 served as CEO and Managing Partner of BLD and AG Capital Board Member.

For over 15 years Dimitar Savov has been highly dedicated and played a key role in growing, positioning, and retaining BLD as a definitive and successful leader in Bulgarian residential development.

Dimitar Savov holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Economics in Varna.

Lahlou Khélifi is an investment banker specialized in Real Estate with 30-year experience in Investment, asset management, M&A, and development, mainly in Europe, but also in South America, Asia and Africa. He has been working for companies such as Goldman Sachs, Doughty Hanson, Lazard, among others.

Throughout his career, Lahlou has been involved in transactions exceeding €3 billion in property disposition and 250,000 sqm of successful office developments. Notably, he played a key role in the €3 billion France Telecom deal.

Lahlou holds a professional degree in Urbanism from “Sciences Po” in Paris and an MBA from INSEAD, where he also teaches the Real Estate elective. He has been awarded France’s academic honor, Knight in the Order of the Academic Palms, for his dedication to professional education.
