Bistritsa Gardens is a gated residential complex with construction in progress of single-family houses. It is situated in the village of Bistritsa, a beautiful suburban area in the Vitosha mountain, located 15 km south of Sofia.
The total building area accounts for 12,400 sqm (partially constructed and potential to be developed). The average size of each residential lot accounts for 500 sqm.
