Project description
The retail parks concept focuses on creating convenient shopping destinations in densely populated residential areas. These parks feature easy access, free parking and a variety of retailers – a grocery store, pet shop, drug store, pharmacy, optics, toys, bookstore, fashion, accessories, shoes, sporting goods, electronics, home décor, fitness center, dining options and many more. Designed with environmental sustainability in mind, they include greenery, electric vehicle charging stations and bicycle stands.
The Concept
Designed and constructed to the highest standards by a leading team of international talent, Oregon Park stands out with quality and perfection at all levels.
All three buildings are surrounded by a picturesque inner green streetscape and are characterised by high specifications, efficient and flexible office spaces with a primary focus on low energy consumption.
All office spaces and common areas have access to excellent natural light. Open space floor plates have been crafted in regular shapes to accommodate flexible configurations
The outdoor area includes sections of hard landscaping complemented by modern planting, designer seating sections and also features contemporary works of art.
Building Features
Oregon Park’s 3 buildings have been BREEAM “Excellent” certified, following the special focus placed in terms of energy efficiency, waste treatment, water supply and the creation of an overall sustainable and healthy working environment for the wellbeing of all tenants.
The BREEAM “Excellent” certificate stands for a prestigious global recognition for sustainability practices and standards implemented in the Oregon buildings.
A fully automated intelligent Building Management System (BMS) technology has also been introduced for monitoring the buildings’ essential energy-efficient processes (lighting, heating, and cooling) that can be customised according to individual tenant preferences.
Motion detection control is used in areas that are temporarily occupied such as parking space, staircases and toilets, to contribute for additional energy saving.
