Logistic Park Varna

Logistic Park Varna is a warehouse building with offices and commercial spaces. Operational since 2008, the park offers developed infrastructure and modern facilities. The management of the property follows the standards of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Since its establishment in 2008 the park has gradually expanded by new building development, the latest one finished in 2024.

The park offers a key location in the Western Industrial Zone of Varna with easy to access to the city ring road and to a major traffic artery in Varna, and part of European Transport Corridor (ETC) N8, connecting the seaside with the capital city of Sofa.
