In the beginning of November our Management team spent two inspiring days at the 2024 AG Capital Academy, part of our management programme for lifelong learning.
This year’s Fast Track Way Programme was delivered through an intensive, interactive, and highly practical training programme, focused on the role of innovation, technology and AI in shaping our corporate culture, strategy, operations and core values.
Our renowned speaker and coach was Christo Popov, the author of the Fast Track Way Programme – Ultimate Human and Company Performance in the Age of AI. His comprehensive training programme has been presented with great success in over 30 countries and featured several times at different chapters of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). Christo Popov holds an MBA from Cambridge, with further specialisation from Harvard and London Business School.
