We are thrilled to announce that the 12,500 sqm office renewal for all three of Deloitte’s Delivery Centres at Lion’s Head’s Oregon Park in Bucharest has been finalised, thus becoming one of the most significant and major lease deals in Romania for the second half of 2023.

“Oregon Park provides an ideal environment for Deloitte delivery centres’ employees to thrive and enjoy their work. Their decision to prolong the lease agreement is a testament to the outstanding office community fostered here. With its convenient accessibility and abundant green spaces, it proved to be a vibrant and work-productive environment, tailored to our needs,” commented Alina Necula, Country Manager Romania for Lion’s Head, on announcing the agreement extension.

Oregon Park is Lion’s Head’s main asset in Romania, comprising three premium 7-story Class A office buildings, with approximately 70,000 sqm of office space, an additional 3,000 sqm dedicated to retail area, and another 12,000 square metres of landscaped green areas.

Located in Bucharest’s most important business pole (Floreasca – Barbu Văcărescu area), Oregon Park has made a genuine commitment to sustainability through Zero Carbon technologies, energy-efficient building systems and recyclable materials, that have allowed the complex to obtain the BREEAM Excellent certification and the WELL Health & Safety standard.

Oregon Park hosts a well-balanced mix of tenants, featuring local and international high-profile companies, including Deloitte, Oracle, GEWISS, Holcim, Square 7, Cofco, Kambi, Markant, Phillips, Europa FM, Alten Kepler, Cetelem Romania (BNP Paribas Personal Finance) and more.

Deloitte is one of Lion’s Head’s major tenants at Oregon Park. More than 2,000 employees work in Deloitte’s three Delivery Centres (Deloitte Tehnologie, Deloitte Support Services and Deloitte Shared Services), with offices based in buildings B and C.  The three delivery centres’ client teams provide professional services in IT technology, audit, tax and legal across major European and EMEA markets.

Following one of the major renewals on the Romanian market for 2023, Oregon Park has also been shortlisted as a nominee for the annual SEE Property Forum and Awards Ceremony in the Lease Transaction of the Year – Office category. The award-winners will be announced on October 24, 2023 in Bucharest during the Awards Gala, celebrating the best projects, most impactful transactions and most inspiring personalities on the Romanian market.

Congratulations to Lions’ Head’s team on a great job for one of the most important lease renewals this year, and fingers crossed for Oregon Park for the upcoming awards!
