Following our first joint employee engagement survey with ARS Bulgaria, our teams pushed us past both international and Bulgarian benchmarks, positioning themselves among the top quartile of companies, achieving one of the highest engagement index scores across the CEE region within the platform’s Outstanding Workplace benchmark.
Rada Yosifova, AG Capital Group Chief HR Officer received the Award for AG Capital, presented by Ivan Mihaylov, Chief Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria. For Realto group, the award was received by Viara Stoyanova, HR Director at Realto Group, presented by Adelina Popova, HR Director at bTV Media Group.
This year’s edition of the Best Employers Bulgaria ceremony took place on May 19th, 2026 at the Grand Hotel Millennium in Sofia, and brought together over 250 HR leaders, business partners, and representatives from leading companies and organisations that set the standard for employee engagement, corporate culture, and sustainable talent development in Bulgaria.
The ceremony was followed by a panel discussion featuring representatives from the winning companies. With the modern world heavily focused on AI, the panellists explored the vital importance of bringing the spotlight back to people. The conversation centered on building trust, navigating modern leadership, and enhancing the workplace environment that companies shape day after day.
