We are thrilled to announce that AG Capital and Realto Group have been recognised with the People Insight Outstanding Workplace 2026 Award!
Based on an engagement survey conducted by ARS Bulgaria, via the People Insight platform, across both groups earlier this year, AG Capital and Realto have positioned themselves among the top quartile of companies, achieving one of the highest engagement index scores across the CEE region within the platform’s Outstanding Workplace benchmark.
As this has been the first time that all of our companies, from both AG Capital and Realto Group, participate in a comprehensive engagement survey together, receiving this recognition and positive feedback, serves as a strong testament to the culture we have cultivated – one where management, team dynamics, and our physical work atmosphere all reflect our shared commitment to high performance and professional growth.
This Award is a direct reflection of the visionary leadership of all our CEOs across all platforms within AG Capital and Realto Group, and their dedicated commitment to fostering successful and highly motivated teams, where every team member plays a vital role in strengthening our shared culture of growth and achievement.

The People Insight’s Outstanding Workplace Index is an international benchmark based on data-driven analytics of employee engagement. It provides recognition to employers that make a difference as high-performing and preferred workplace environments.
Following their successful participation in the engagement survey organised by ARS Bulgaria, AG Capital and Realto Group have become officially eligible to compete for the prestigious Best Employers Bulgaria Award. During the upcoming Best Employers ceremony in May 2026, ARS Bulgaria will present the results of the Annual Engagement Survey, followed by a discussion on key findings and emerging trends in employee engagement.
