BLD Ready to Launch Secret Gardens

Secret Gardens, BLD’s iconic residential gated complex in Sofia is ready to launch officially, after passing the final Act 16 protocol, confirmed by the State Acceptance Commission earlier this month.

The iconic Secret Gardens complex reflects the company’s philosophy to create high-end residential communities that stand out and make a difference.  The project comes to reaffirm the new course BLD has taken in the luxury segment and will now check completed in a list that the company has been proudly putting together for over 15 years in operation.

Located in the aristocratic uphill Lozenets in Sofia, Secret Gardens has been designed with a vision for green urban living in the architectural  traditions of early 20th century Sofia. Every single detail has been thoroughly considered for, achieving expansive light-filled layouts, all set to create the best of comfort, tranquillity and elegance for its inhabitants. In contrast to most contemporary projects where trees and lawns are rapidly disappearing, Secret Gardens’ impeccable green layouts are a true masterpiece in the urban landscape of the capital city. The splendid garden has become the home to a variety of 2000 green plants, beautifully arranged and taken care of for a magical ambience.

Building requirements have been met to the highest possible standards, employing the latest exquisite materials at every project stage. All three buildings come with a ventilated facade, a special soundproofing system of over 57 dB, exclusive Schüco aluminium joinery, modern cooling and customised heating solutions, central water filtration system, outdoor roller blinds, insect screens in each apartment and a lot more.  Secret Gardens provides state-of-the-art facilities – a spacious and elegant lobby area with a 24/7 reception desk, on-site management, a fully equipped gym and a wired conference room have all been made available to its residents.
