AG Capital’s 2025 Annual Gala, our largest gathering of the year, was held on February 4, 2025, at the InterContinental Hotel in Sofia. Our group management welcomed over 140 guests on the red carpet to celebrate the results and special achievements of a successful year of 2024 marked by sustainable growth.

The event brought together our leadership team and key stakeholders, representing local and international clients and long-term partners of AG Capital from different countries, including the UK, Poland, Belgium, Romania, Germany, South Africa, UAE and Austria. Sharing our annual accomplishments and joining our celebration, were special guests from the IFC (part of the World Bank Group), Mitiska Reim, EBRD, architects, lawyers, partners, colleagues from Realto Group and business organisations.
The keynote address was delivered by Christo Iliev, CEO and founder of AG Capital, who welcomed the attendees and presented an overview of the excellent results accomplished in 2024, entitled “A Year of Sustainable Growth”. He spoke on the business goals set before AG Capital’s companies and their remarkable achievements, our growing success in terms of assets under management and outlined recently completed and upcoming projects.
Highlights from his keynote address reveal how we celebrate sustainable progress and growth in 2024, looking into numbers:
AG Capital’s assets under management have increased to 700 Million Euro, marking a 15% annual growth compared to 2023.
Group sales have exceeded 135 Million Euro, amounting to 35 Million Euro more, than the previous year.
220 000 sqm of logistics, residential and retail properties are currently under construction.
We are now proud to be present with an office in Poland and 2 residential projects in Warsaw.
Our headcount together with Realto Group hit 1000 team members in the past year.
Wrapping up success to be proud of in 2024, Christo Iliev also announced 3 new investment partnerships that were established last year in 3 countries:
In Poland, AG Capital is entering a completely new self-storage segment with an investment in Schowek 24. The company was founded 6 years ago and has 12 locations in 3 Polish cities (Wroclaw, Warsaw and Lodz), that serve over 440 active clients.
In Germany, AG Capital is investing in Bato GROUP, founded 18 years ago. The company manages assets worth over 600 Million Euros, 120,000 sqm of office and residential properties, with an international team of 10 people.
In Dubai, Realto and Unique Estates are entering with an investment in Savoir Prive Properties, a boutique real estate company. Founded 3 years ago, it has a team of over 10 consultants, having realised over 1 Billion USD in total sales.
“I strongly believe that together with our entire big team, we will continue to build an inspiring journey for our Group, expanding our development and lasting impact on the real estate industry across Southeastern Europe. Finally, I would like to thank all of you, colleagues and partners, again for working together. Let us wish each other success in all new projects”, said Christo Iliev.
The evening concluded with an interview of Pepi Dimitrova with Petar Stoychev, World and European swimming champion and record-holder, who is also the first swimmer to cross the English Channel in under 7 hours. Considered one of the greatest marathon swimmers of all time, he has competed in four Olympic Games and has more than 100 podium finishes in his professional career. In a candid conversation, Peter shared his thoughts and experience on his incredible motivation for success.
Dessy & the Shiny Stockings Jazz trio took care of the evening’s finest music atmosphere and perfect mood.
AG Capital would like to extend our very special thanks to all our guests who joined this year’s Annual Gala, and for making the night so special and memorable.
