Park Lane Developments is a commercial development company which develops and manages prime office real estate assets.
Park Lane’s flagship projects include the redevelopment of Sofia’s historic landmark Polygraphia Office Center and the iconic Class A Park Lane Office Center completed in June 2021. Designed and constructed to the highest standards in the commercial property sector, the office building was sold to SAP, an enterprise software world leader less than three months later.
