We are happy to share that from the beginning of 2021 our new company Lion’s Head PMRO SRL has taken over the property management of Oregon Park. Anca Simionescu, Country Head of the Romanian office, and her team bring the management experience of important portfolio in real estate.
Most important goal remains unchanged – keeping up the highest standards in property management for our tenants whether in good or challenging times.
We will also further empower community culture and create a safe, dynamic, friendly business environment in Oregon Park.
Currently, our focus is on keeping fully sanitized and secured office premises, welcoming our tenants back to work.
Our local property management team is always available for any queries regarding lease, payments, and maintenance requests.
