This year’s national Building of the Year contest brought 2 prestigious awards for AG Capital’s Park Lane Developments. The company’s iconic Park Lane Office Center won in two major categories – Buildings with Elements of Green Architecture and Innovation and Office and Corporate Buildings.
Tanya Kosseva-Boshova, Managing Partner at Park Lane Developments received the award at the glamorous ceremony, held last night at the Sofia Event Centre. The spectacular event was also attended by Mr. Grozdan Karadjov, Minister of Regional Development and Public Works and Mrs. Yordanka Fandakova, Mayor of Sofia.
“We have created a brand new street and a new park across 4 000 sq. metres of municipal land, neighbouring our building, that we are now happy to donate to Sofia’s citizens. The park sets a beautiful green environment not only for the building’s tenants, but also for all residents of the neighbourhood”, said Tanya Kosseva-Boshova.
“This award is especially dedicated to all tenants at Park Lane Office Center and the new owners from SAP and their teams,” she said.
Developed by Park Lane Developments as an iconic city landmark, the prime office center was fully completed in June 2021, when Allianz moved in with their headquarters and more than 600 employees on board. Less than 3 months later, in September 2021, the building was acquired by SAP, worldwide leader in enterprise software, thus becoming the largest investment deal on the Bulgarian office property market in the last 3 years.
Established in 2002, the national “Building of the Year” contest is the most prestigious event in the field of investment activities, construction and architecture in Bulgaria that awards the best achievements on an annual basis.
Our colleagues at Park Lane Developments team would like to thank everyone who supported their nomination during the online audience voting.
