The largest lease transaction on the Bulgarian office property market for 2020 is a fact. Allianz Bulgaria Holding signed a 10-year lease contract for 6000 sq. m. at the Park Lane Office Center.
The new office building construction will be completed by mid-2021. Park Lane Developments is part of AG Capital with a main focus on investment and construction of prime office buildings in the region.
