Oregon Park

Over the past years, Oregon Park has introduced a number of intelligent and sustainable solutions in its consistent roadmap for scaling health across the complex. These include a large landscaped park, the latest UV-C technology, allowing for both air sanitisation and purification inside the elevator cabins, and a variety of fitness and other amenities, complementing the recreational experience in the complex. All categories of the building performance standard – air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort, have diligently been covered for within Oregon Park. The WELL Health & Safety standard offered by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), recognises the implementation of a set of factors ensuring a working environment provides for a positive impact on the health and well-being of its tenants and employees. The certification process at Oregon Park in Bucharest has been accomplished in coordination with the Project Management department of Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

Megapark

Megapark Office Complex in Sofia has now earned its first international green-building recognition with the Building Research Establishment Assessment Method (BREEAM) Excellent certificate awarded – a leading approach that ensures buildings meet sustainable construction, operation, and design standards.
