Phase I of Megapark’s common areas transformation has been completed

Megapark has newly redesigned and completely transformed common areas of 1,600 sqm. Wider and brighter spaces, modern and comfortable furniture, new floorplates, efficient lightning, and fresh colors on the walls fully change the entire ambiance of the office building.

The interior design concept follows the contemporary Living Room architectural trend, which blurs the lines between shared and personal space, and turns the working environment into a collaborative, entertaining and cozy place. Megapark’s brand identity has been changed as well. Community, partnership, and purpose become the pillars of its new positioning.

This is how Megapark responds to the latest trends in Class A office buildings, meeting the expectations of both current and potential tenants for modern, dynamic, and comfortable working environment.

Phase II of the building’s transformation is ongoing. The goal is to achieve the highest quality of retail services through best providers on the market. Under pandemic conditions the property management team of the building has already signed a long-term lease agreement with Cult Gourmet Catering, a top operator of office-based restaurants and cantinas in the country. Thе company will soon open two complementary food-concept destinations – a modern cantina and an Italian restaurant, specifically designed for Megapark’s community. Other amenities] such as a beauty salon, convenience store and dry cleaning will also welcome clients very soon.

The final touch will be greenery spots’ revival around the office building. The goal is active integration of the green terraces into the community’s lifestyle. Turning these areas into open spaces for socializing and events will add an extra value to the entire office environment.

Increased number of parking lots and new organization of the external parking space as well as new electric car chargers are coming in the next months. A complete renovation of the building’s management system which will further optimize the energy efficiency of the entire building is planned as well.
