We are delighted to announce that we are expanding our portfolio in Poland with the official launch of Storsy, our dedicated investment and operating platform focused on modern self-storage.
Storsy develops centrally located, highly automated urban facilities tailored to both individuals and businesses. The platform relies on proprietary technology that integrates online reservations, customer management, and smart digital access to ensure a seamless experience from booking to day-to-day use.
Founded and led by Peter Iliev, Director of Self Storage at AG Capital, Storsy combines owned properties with future management and franchise partnerships to build a scalable network across Poland and the wider Central and Eastern European region. The platform strengthens AG Capital’s presence in Poland and adds self-storage to our Group’s portfolio of specialised real estate businesses.
Following its launch, Storsy officially hits the market with two operational locations: Storsy Blue City in Warsaw and Storsy Krakowska in Wrocław. These foundational sites establish a strong footprint for further expansion across Poland.
Storsy Blue City (Warsaw) is situated on -1 level of the Blue City shopping centre at Al. Jerozolimskie 179. This fully indoor facility covers over 800 square metres and features more than 300 storage units, offering direct underground parking access for residents and businesses throughout Ochota, Wola, Włochy, Mokotów, and central Warsaw.
Storsy Krakowska (Wrocław) is located at Krakowska 29E, conveniently accessible within the city centre and surrounding residential and business districts. This facility spans over 500 square metres and offers more than 200 storage units, complete with wide corridors, customer trolleys, and dedicated loading areas.
Both locations deliver secure, technology-enabled storage backed by 24/7 access, CCTV monitoring, alarms, and digital entry systems.
