Ultima Homes’ Boyana Senses boutique residential project was named 2024 Building of the Year in the “Residential Buildings from 2000 sqm to 5000 sqm” category at the 23rd Gala ceremony, held on December 17th, 2024 in Sofia. Merely two years after its launch, Ultima Homes’ team has proudly collected its first accolade with Boyana Senses in residential real estate.

The national “Building of the Year” contest is the most prestigious event in the field of investment activities, construction and architecture in Bulgaria that awards the best achievements on an annual basis. This year’s 23rd edition brought together a 30-plus member Jury Committee that has named winners for the best buildings and complexes completed in 2024. The Gala evening was held on December 17th, 2024 at the Sofia Event Center, organised in a beautiful pre-Christmas atmosphere with over 800 guests.
