We are delighted to announce that Park Lane Developments, AG Capital’s commercial development company, becomes the second entity in the group to establish presence in Romania, following Lion’s Head Investments. Valentin Rosu has been appointed as Construction Director for Romania and will now head our developments in the logistics sector in Romania.
With the new appointment, Lion’s Head Investments and Park Lane Developments, both members of AG Capital, will be now expanding their operations in Romania together. Both companies will work in partnership to implement AG Capital’s strategy for development and asset management of logistics projects in the country.
The recent launches both on the Polish and the Romanian markets, represent our companies’ active interest in diversifying operations into new asset classes and our group strategy for expansion in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.
In Bulgaria, Park Lane Developments’ flagship portfolio features the development of the iconic and triple award-winning Class A Park Lane Office Center, named Building of the Year 2021, and the redevelopment of Sofia’s historic landmark Polygraphia Office Center.
“This is a key step towards implementing the development plans of the group in the logistics sector. We are confident that, along with Valentin’s accomplished involvement, we will be able to create new engaging logistics premises at the local and regional levels,” says Alina Necula, Country Manager Romania of Lion’s Head Investments.
