We are happy to announce that effective November 1, 2026, Rada Yosifova has officially joined the Board of Directors of AG Capital.
Over the past four years, Rada has served as Group Human Resources Director, leading the overall HR function across the AG Capital group of investment platforms. During this time, she has played a pivotal role in strengthening leadership teams and shaping our company culture.
Key strategic initiatives under her direction include advancing organisational and leadership development, building new functions and teams, strengthening employee engagement, and securing our double “Best Employer in Bulgaria for 2026” Award.
With a deep understanding of people and culture, Rada excels at fostering organisational trust, while driving sustained performance across our diverse investment platforms and teams in three countries. The appointment of a seasoned HR leader to the Board, underlines AG Capital’s core belief that it is our people that form the foundation of our long-term business success and corporate strategy.
Rada Yosifova brings over 20 years of experience in people management, organisational development, and executive leadership. Prior to joining AG Capital, her career spanned key roles at leading institutions in the financial and consulting sectors, including Raiffeisenbank, PwC, and Bulstrad Vienna Insurance Group. She is also a respected speaker and active contributor at major HR and leadership conferences, frequently sharing insights on organisational transformation and talent development.
Holding a Master’s degree in Psychology from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, she is also a graduate from the UK Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) and the Strategic Leadership in Human Resources Programme of the US University of Michigan.
