We are pleased to announce the appointment of Rada Yosifova as Chief Human Resources Officer at AG Capital. She will be responsible for leading and overseeing our group strategy for people and knowledge management, training, commitment, motivation, recruitment, retention and succession planning of key talent.

Rada joins our team as a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 15 years of managerial experience in international companies in the financial industry. Over the years she has held senior managerial positions at Raiffeisen Bank, PwC and Bulstrad Vienna Insurance Group.
Her professional specialisation features the development and supervision of a series of strategic projects related to organisational restructuring, business transformation and change management, optimisation, automation and digitalisation of HR processes. She will now be working closely with our teams in Sofia and Bucharest to coordinate and enhance our corporate HR strategy and organisational performance across the AG Capital group of companies.
Rada holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and is also a graduate from the UK Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) and the Strategic Leadership in Human Resources Programme of the University of Michigan. She was honoured as HR Manager/Director of the Year (2019) at the Annual HR Awards of the Bulgarian Association for People Management.
