MONA 2, BLD’s second residential building part of the MONA complex, is now ready to launch officially having passed the final Act 16 permit (final ready-to-habitation certificate for compliance with Bulgarian legislation) issued by the State Acceptance Commission at the end of August 2022.

BLD closes the second phase of the project with MONA 2 being sold-out completely.
