This year’s 11th edition of the annual EuropaProperty CEE Investment Awards in Warsaw brought a well-deserved recognition for AG Capital’s BLD and Park Lane Developments. We are proud and delighted to announce that our companies won a total of three awards in a series of prestigious categories at the Gala ceremony event held at the Intercontinental Hotel on October 21st, 2021.
The EuropaProperty CEE Investment and Manufacturing Awards are recognized as one of the most prominent real estate events in Central and Eastern Europe and it is always an honour for our companies from the AG Capital group to take part.
BLD became the winner in two categories – Residential Developer 2021 and Residential Project 2021 for the flagship Secret Gardens gated complex. Deriving its name from the early 20th century architectural traditions of Old Sofia, the secrets behind the gate of the exquisite residential complex reveal a green oasis overlooking the busy downtown of Bulgaria’s capital. Completed in 2021, BLD’s flagship project now brings prominent recognition for residential development for the company throughout the region and marks an important achievement in its 15-year history. The award was received by Arch. Rado Serafimov, representing the renowned designer team from Serafimov Atelier Architects behind Secret Gardens.
On the commercial property podium, Park Lane Developments won the Office Project 2021 Award for its outstanding Park Lane Office Center. Developed by Park Lane Developments as an iconic city landmark, the prime office center was fully completed in June 2021, when Allianz moved in with their headquarters and more than 600 employees on board. Less than 3 months later, in September 2021, the building was acquired by SAP, worldwide leader in enterprise software, thus becoming the largest investment deal on the Bulgarian office property market in the last 3 years.
This October has definitely become the season to celebrate! Park Lane Developments triumphed for a second time in a row just a few days later at another valuable global event, the International Property Awards (IPA). Park Lane Office Center was awarded the first prize in the Office Development category and is now take part in the final round Red Carpet Presentations coming up in December 2021.
