Rough construction works at Boyana Senses have been completed with Ultima Homes’ boutique building having passed the Act 14 Protocol. The building’s beautiful facade is starting to be revealed, as construction activities are actively progressing to the upper levels and joinery is also being installed.
Boyana Senses is Ultima Homes’ pilot and Home-for-Life branded project in the luxury residential sector. The project is aimed at showcasing the perfect synergy between urban and recreational living, with spectacular city and Vitosha mountain views.
The building has one of the best green mountain locations in Sofia’s prime Boyana District at 55, Panoramen Put, surrounded by a splendid landscape of one hundred-year-old oaks and chestnuts. In addition to the glazing’s functional and sustainable qualities, all apartments open up a beautiful immersive experience into greenery, tranquillity, fresh mountain air and captivating city views.
Apartments and maisonettes have all been designed to a maximum of comfort, quality and style and are offered with private yards and panoramic terraces. Each unit brings exposure to an abundance of light and the sense of a seamless connection with nature in every single room.
Commenting for Bulgarian media on the recent development of Boyana Senses and what homebuyers are looking for, Theodor Iliev, Board Member at AGC and Managing Partner of Ultima Homes said: “The concept of an exclusive property has been completely redefined, as new homebuyers are looking for buildings that offer the perfect blend between urban convenience and a quality environment, and in the same time come with elegant common areas, living space functionality and timeless aesthetics. With Boyana Senses, we are targeting demand coming from a specific group of people that prioritise their ultimate feeling of home”.
Boyana Senses also impresses with its refined common spaces, complementing its elegant design, with a contemporary and modern approach to lifestyle and recreation. A fully furnished exquisite lounge will connect the lobby areas of both entrances, and the beautifully landscaped garden will have a barbecue area, seating units and a playground available to all the owners.
As the building ascends at a solid pace and works on lifestyle amenities progress, sales are also underway. The company has reported high interest in the project with 17 out of 27 apartments already sold to their new homeowners.
