Adding more green building features at Oregon Park
With a strong commitment to creating a sustainable, high-performance, and healthy environment, Lion’s Head in Romania recently completed a joint project with Schindler Romania for sanitisation of all elevators, aimed at eliminating bacteria and viruses.
The employment of the new UV-C technology allows for both air sanitisation and purification inside the elevator cabins, making them safer for frequent use. The cabin air purification system is activated automatically during different times of the day, to ensure that elevators are supplied with clean air around-the-clock.
The new system will also complement the green building features at Oregon Park, as all three buildings are proud holders of the BREEAM “Excellent” certification for delivering a sustainable and healthy working environment for their tenants.
Banca Comercială Română (BCR) is back
Earlier in February, Oregon Park was also happy to welcome the re-opening of the branch of one of the most important financial groups in Romania, Banca Comercială Română. Located in Building B, the BCR branch is now available for delivering universal bank operations and services both for tenants and visitors with standard working hours.
World Class Fitness for healthy tenants
Offering convenient well-being amenities and services for a healthy work-life balance is among the top priorities Lion’s Head is delivering to its tenants across all assets. In Bucharest, Oregon Park is partnering with World Class Fitness Club for an admirable 2023 Event Calendar, featuring Open Days with options for tenants to choose from work-out sessions, training recommendations, advice, and support from experts and coaches on nutrition and how to live an active lifestyle.
World Class Fitness is one of the biggest fitness groups in Romania, with over 40 active clubs in 7 major cities, more than 70,000 members, and a strong team of 650 health and fitness experts. Located in Building C, the fitness center is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 to 21:00 h and makes a wonderful addition to Oregon’s amenities portfolio.
Supreme medical care and diagnostics for employee wellness and convenience
Medicover, one of the top providers of private healthcare and diagnostic services in Romania, is hosted in Building B. Medicover’s unit offers state-of-the-art equipment and provides over 20 medical services to the highest standards, including General and Internal Medicine, Cardiology, ENT, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dermatology, and Psychology.
Departments for full Occupational Health services, Wellness, and Nutrition counselling are also available for the maximum convenience of Oregon’s tenants.

At the beginning of the year, three of Oregon Park’s tenants ALTEN, Cetelem Romania and BNP Paribas Personal Finance, were recognised in the Top 5 Best Places to Work in Romania for 2022.
