Lion’s Head Appoints Alina Necula as Country Manager for Romania

AG Capital is pleased to announce the appointment of Alina Necula as Country Manager for Lion’s Head in Romania. She will be responsible for driving the company’s local operations, enhancing the expansion strategy and generating new business opportunities in the country.

Alina has more than 15 years’ experience in Real Estate with a focus on Asset Management, Commercial Management and Real Estate Development.

Over the years she has been involved in multiple Office and Logistics projects, coordinating strategic business units in the Retail and Residential market segments. Prior to joining Lion’s Head, Alina has worked for the Commercial and Asset Management teams of Globalworth and IMMOFINANZ.

Alina holds an EMBA from the Maastricht School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Law & Economics from the University of Bucharest.

Lion’s Head is the owner of the Class A Oregon Park office complex in Bucharest (Buildings A, B and C), with a leasable area of over 71,000 sqm and major tenants Oracle, Deloitte, fintech OS, Markant, Europa FM, Euler Hermes and more.
