Oregon Park, Lion’s Head’s prime Class A office asset in Bucharest has been named winner at the 2023 CIJ Awards in the Best Office Renewal of the Year category for its 25,200 sqm renewal agreement with a major tenant.
Following the award, Oregon Park now becomes the proud holder of the 2 largest office lease renewals for 2023 on the Romanian market with over 32,000 sqm. Earlier in October the company announced the agreement renewal with Deloitte for the company’s three Delivery Centres at the office complex in Bucharest.
Held on December 6, 2023 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Bucharest, the 16th edition of one of Romania’s most important and prestigious CIJ Awards saw a record number of entries ever since its launch.
The winners of the competition were selected in a four-stage voting jury committee process, with the participation of 30 recognised experts from the real estate, investment, architectural and construction industries. The fourth stage of the jury process was held with online voting by CIJ Readers.
Oregon Park has now reached 100% occupancy with a well-balanced mix of tenants, comprising both local and top international companies, including Deloitte, Oracle, BNP Paribas, Cetelem, Europa FM and more. Puma Sports Romania and Versuni Romania were the latest to join the community in the last quarter of 2023.
