The gala ceremony took place on March 31, 2022 at the Radisson BLU in Bucharest. The landmark event tailored to the SEE region’s real estate sector brought together strong competition with impressive entries from Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, the Republic of North Macedonia, Moldova and Albania. Projects were evaluated by an international jury of prominent professionals.
BLD’s award marks recognition of excellence and international awareness in the luxury residential segment. The company celebrates European success for the second time in a row, following its triumph in two categories at the 2021 CEE Investment & Manufacturing Awards for Residential Builder and Residential Project with Secret Gardens in Warsaw last December.
